Attention Crimestoppers!

I know it's the Halloween season and all, but I still wanted to linger a bit with Dick Tracy, so just bear with me for a bit. Despite some ups and downs over the years, Chester Gould's detective has become one of the world's most famous fictional detectives, spawning serials and movies , radio shows, cartoons and of course that Warren Beatty travesty of the recent past.

Not to mention even paperbacks and memorabilia by the truckload.

But few could argue that it was the almost never-ending parade of bizarre villains that made Tracy's fame.

Oh, and before I forget, Dick was also a procedural detective, using fingerprints and forensics when they were new additions to the world of crime-fighting.

75 years is nothing to sneeze at..... So here's some cool audio featuring this classic character.
In this file, Dick battles "Doc Benson", "Flat-Top" and also included is the first episode from the 1930's.
