THE RETURN OF THE DITKO QUICKIES!
"Believe No Evil", the tale of eternal optimist Charles B. Good (brother to Johnny B. Good?) is a little hard to swallow to say the least.
Maybe Joe Gill was having a bad day when he wrote this... i dunno. Sturdy Steve's art is... well, sturdy - but can't really save the story from itself.
Still... nice Steve Ditko art IS good to look at any old time.....

Now, "Devil in the Storm", on the other hand, is probably one of the nicer art jobs Steve turned in at Charlton in the early sixties. This is a lot more detailed than his Marvel work or even on the later issues of Konga or Gorgo... really nice moody shading and excellent execution of the dense snowbound locale... and no-one quite captures that look of panic on the face like Stevey boy!

...now it might just be that i'm not all that generous...
...maybe i'm just cleaning up my desktop...
...hmmm...
