TV Time!

I know there's some great pun or fabulous observation or some kind of "Days of Future Past (or Passed)" thing lurking in here, but it's been a long day and i'm just too pooped to see it.
Suffice it to say that these are two really good comics, with great art and interesting stories. Korg has story and art by the under-rated Pat Boyette, while Nicola Cuti and John Byrne do a swell job with the Gerry Anderson adaption.
Many people seem to have a low opinion of Charlton Comics, but these two books are pretty darn enjoyable (in my humble opinion). Read 'em and see!

OK, so the post below may be a bit cryptic and off-topic (or at least off-trail) but since that's the way it is....

But, to business.... more fab Gothic romance from the House of Charlton
with contributions from Don Newton, Joe Gill, Joe Staton, Nicola Cuti, Steve Ditko and Tom Sutton.....

Flogging the old Charlton Horror re-post... again!

While I finish up a few of my comprehensive "monster-size" posts (similar to the THUNDER agents two-parter that almost broke my back last October) here's some repost-o-rama.

First ish of this shortlived title, hosted by Mortimer Tishin.... Mort Tishin... get it? I guess Nicola Cuti was hanging out with Joe Gill that day. I wanted to include the Fred Himes story from this issue but my copy is missing a page - oh well....
BEYOND THE GRAVE #1

Haunted #11 has the excellent Gothic tale By Steve Ditko, "Bride in Darkness"...
HAUNTED #11

Haunted #12 features "Eternal Love" by Stevey the D once more cranking it out on tha "Gothic Romance" tip again, plus "The Egg" by Joe Staton.

SCARY TALES #3

And to finish up, dig that Tom Sutton cover... and the second story, "The Eyes of the Beholders" is by him also. The swamp monster tale, "Fear Feeder" seems to be signed "Carlos Villa" and is also a nice job, but the stand-out story has to be "Sanctuary" by Joes Staton & Gill. Sweet stuff!
